C1 Can understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts, and recognize implicit meaning. Can express him / herself fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions. Can use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes. Can produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organizational patterns, connectors and cohesive devices.
B2 Can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in his / her field of specialization. Can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party. Taking into account the regulations and making use of our autonomy, we elaborated this Institutional Educational Project, in order to respond to the needs of our country, which today, urges it to involve, in all areas, a high percentage of the population, with the mastery of at least two languages, different from Spanish, to respond to the strategies of globalization and pluriculturality, At this time, when the floating population between different communities is increasing, commercial relations tend to grow permanently, including the fact that many Colombians find opportunities for academic and work training in other regions, with another culture, language, customs, beliefs, values and different ways of thinking.

We adopt the necessary policies and strategies to respond, in a comprehensive manner, to local, regional and national needs, offering the opportunity for training and education in one or more languages, according to the interests of the population
